Adele spoke about the training regime in an interview with the British publication Vogue what some medical experts call “too much.”
Speaking to the magazine, the 33-year-old singer said he has increased his training regimen in recent years to monitor his overall well-being.
“It was out of my concern,” he said. “I would feel better by training. It was never about losing weight, it was always about gaining strength and spending a lot of time every day without my phone.
“I’m very addicted. I exercise two or three times a day.”
When asked more about her routine, the singer replied: “That’s why I weigh myself in the morning, then I usually go for a walk or box in the afternoon, and then I go and do my cardio at night. In doing so, he was actually unemployed. And I do it with the coaches, “he said.
However, comments have suggested that medical professionals exercising two or three times a day can be harmful and create long-term health risks.
“Following a moderate exercise regimen is an important part of a healthy lifestyle,” said WebMD Medical Director John Whyte. New York Post.
“But it’s more than just exercising two or three times a day.”

Whyte added that excessive exercise can result in “excessive use injuries.”
“When we exercise, we put pressure on our muscles, bones and organs,” he said.
“If we do not give these parts of our body a chance to recover after use, their functions may begin to deteriorate.
“When you overload the gym, you strain your body and muscles.
“Your body produces cortisol in response to that chronic stress,” he said. “And high cortisol levels can suppress the immune system’s ability to fight disease.”
The NHS advises adults to engage in “some kind of physical activity” every day, whether it’s walking, jogging, or dancing. You can read more here.
