Larrikin beaten using a mobile scooter to draw a boat along the Pacific Road near Newcastle will face a series of charges when it comes to court early next year.
Shane Swancott, 35, captured the camera last month by towing the newly renovated 17-foot boat along the Princes Highway to Belmont before being pulled by a Patrol Highway vehicle.
"I've lost my license and at the same time I've finished my boat," he said. "I was pushing it by hand, but then I thought," Why not use this? "Said Mr. Swancott at NBN News.
The videotape shows that Mr. Swancott sits on the mobile scooter that is about to make a right turn at a junction when a motorcycle patrol car moves past him and out of the screen.
When the green arrow flashes tries to take off with the motorcycle motor but is forced to go down and walk forward to get enough momentum needed to pull the heavy load.
For a brief moment it looks like man has gotten away with it, however his adventure is soon truncated when the same police car makes a turn and chases him with the lights flashing.
"We sat down on the lights on the turntable ready to go and the patrol of the motorways slowed down and came (looking at me) like:" what is f?!! "Mr. Swancott said laughing.
"She put the lights in, inside and out of the traffic, made a U-ey and came back."

The unusual material was transmitted as a fire to the social media, with the man receiving praise and punches for his intoxicating attempts to block the law.
"I would like to know who the engine is in and how it gets out of the water," Jesse Robinson commented on a Facebook position.
"It's the small scooter that could," added Van Tai.
However, Mr. Swancott did not know about his online fraud until his friends informed him.
"I have not even made Facebook, I have no phone," he said.
"They say you took me, I buy a car a man – I already have a car, I just do not have a license."
On Tuesday, Lake Macquarie police issued Mr. Swancott with a court alert for driving while he excluded using an unregistered vehicle on the road using an uninsured vehicle on the street and using an unregistered trailer on the street.
He will appear at Belmont local court on January 9th.
