A 27-year-old man died after fighting with police in Saskatoon

SASKATOON – The police say a man was killed after a shotgun in Saskatoon.

According to Saskatoon Police, the RCMP warned that a man hitting Saskatoon on Saturday night threatened to hurt himself and the police.

Mounties placed a tire defibrillator that partially extinguished the car in the southwestern city of Saskatoon and said their officers came to the scene.

They say that the man refused to obey the civil servants and fired his gun and opened fire on the police.

An unnamed 27-year-old man died in hospital and no officer was injured.

The police say that during the incident, the Saskatoon police contacted several people, including the crisis.

According to the police, the Ministry of Justice of the province was coordinated and appealed for independent supervision.
