IMSS advises you to avoid respiratory diseases

MEXICO CITY (UNIVERSAL) .- The Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS) advised the whole population to avoid diseases in this winter season, all people, mostly children and the elderly, to drink too much liquids, to vaccinate the flu and sneezes, cover yourself to use a tissue or interior.

IMSS is a group of people under six years of age who are most likely to be ill in this winter season, men over 60 years, pregnant women, uncontrolled asthma or diabetes, cancer, HIV-AIDS, morbid obesity, pulmonary emphysema, and smokers.

Diego Balcon Caro, Coordinator of Health Promotion Department's Medical Programs, offered frequent handwashing, cleansing and disinfecting treatments, telephones or shared use facilities to reduce infections, and in open physical activity from 12:00 to 17:00 until the weather is less cold.

He told me that fever and skin above 38.5 degrees blue should be prevented from pain and self-medication in children with pain in the chest or in the abdomen, bone or joint. Instantly treat the family therapy unit .

Balcon stressed that there is an influenza vaccine in this winter season, so if you have risk factors for the development of the disease, you can go to family clinics.

He was convinced that IMSS was ready to participate in beneficiaries who were required to do so, and that he was prepared to detect the pharmacological management required from preventive measures and to avoid complications.
