Black Stars coach Kwesi Appiah is optimistic about the chances of defeating Ethiopia in the upcoming 2019 World Cup qualifier.

Meanwhile, CAF has appointed South African Victor Miguel de Freitas Gomes as the central referee for the Ghana-Ethiopia conflict.
