Scrum-half Richie Myler has been revoked in the England team for Sunday's third test against New Zealand, and forward Joe Greenwood is going to make his debut off the bench.

Leeds, Miller, takes the place of Sam Tomkins, who is out with the broken hand that he kept in the early stages of winning 20-14 last Sunday over Kiwi.

With dealer Daryl Clark excluded from injury to the web and George Burgess stops, coach Wayne Bennett is forced to make three changes, while Greenwood and Stefan Ratchford are on the bench.

Bennett said England has decided not to appeal the ban on the four matches imposed on Burgess after being found guilty of Captain Kiwis Dallin Watene-Zelezniak's eye in Anfield on Sunday.

The England coach believes that South Sydney will not deliberately commit such an offense.

"I do not think it was a deliberate eye gouge," said Bennett.

Bennett also confirmed that Sean O'Loughlin failed to recover from the calf injury that worsened in the first Hull test, James Graham will continue to lead the side in his absence.

England has already won the three-game series before Sunday's Elland Road.
