The winners of the Elle Style 2018 awards

The Gala Elle Style 2018 awards brought together Romanian celebrities and fashion specialists. The Elle magazine, celebrating 21 years of existence, has been preparing, as every year, a great show in which the most popular stars have been awarded on the basis of votes received by readers.

This year Elle included a category for the first time exclusively males – Best pop male artist – and a category devoted to jewelers – Best jeweler designer.

The winners of the Elle Style 2018 awards

Best New Designer – Dina Tak

Diana studied at UNArte in Bucharest and her clothing creations are in complete agreement with the time we live. I mean, eclectic, brilliant, noisy and impossible to ignore. It is characterized as the lover of beauty and beauty, and it is not difficult to understand why – because it seems in love with all these aesthetic details that can make our life more beautiful.

Best model – Stephanie Ivanescu

The audience became familiar with Stefania Ivanescu in fashion publishing at ELLE, at the foot of the presentation of the big fashion houses and illustrated by the most fashionable fashion magazines in the world. Always sensual and chaffed, Stephanie was the Best Model winner last year.

Best Artist Makeup – Ioanna Stratulat

The flavor of the beauty industry comes from the family and the technique of Ioanna, a make-up artist, is acquired by Alexandru Abagiu, with whom he often works. Her style is loyal, and this is the most important thing for a person who has the job of being beautiful.

Best Hairstylist – Antonis Ensah

She attended the courses of the Topline Beauty and Hairdressing Academy and because she is a professional practitioner but also because she makes us beautiful, she is today one of Romania's most sophisticated hairdressers. Not to mention it seems to be the favorite of the celebrity!

Best Romanian Brand – Museet

Presenting the Romanian market since 1992, MUSETTE has now become synonymous with stylish accessories, and the brand is currently available almost all over the world, with stores in Paris, Vienna, New York or Ulan Bator. It is also the favorite of ELLE readers who voted the best Romanian label for ELLE Style for two years in a row.

Best jeweler designer – Mona Voulpogiou

It transforms jewelery into an artistic act, in a form full of expressiveness. Monei wants to create fantastic scenes and is inspired by the jewels and works of art of indigenous peoples in Africa, Asia, Oceania or America and those dating back to the time of Alexander the Great.

Best pop male artist – Carlas Dreams

He was born as a band in 2012 in the Republic of Moldova and soon became a phenomenon due to the informal music, the different tones and the unique emotion that they transmit, but also for our absolutely invisible look. Their tour was successful, starting the hit after the hit, and this year's Arenas concert was an intense experience for their fans.

Best photographer – Dan Beleiu

Dan's images of ELLE Romania can be found in many editions of ELLE magazine worldwide. Dan collaborates with our magazine constantly, accompanying the ELLE fashion team all over the world to make spectacular paintings from Las Vegas in Shanghai. A candidate for the fourth time at the ELLE Style awards, Dan is also the winner of the Best Photographer category in 2016.

Best designer – Andra Andreescu

The designer Andra Andreescu manages to redefine the classic dresses, which often interpret them on leather – a material that is mainly found in her creations, simple sets but which, reminiscent of Andrew's favorite texture, become trendy and completely desirable.

Best Pop Artist – Delta

Extravagance is a feature of Delia, one of the Romanian artists with a long career in music (Delia was released in 1999 with the N & D band). Lately, the artist has released only singles that have just hit the charts. In addition to the success of her videos, Delia has had great concerts and was on the cover of the February issue of ELLE.

The most impressive 3 handle of the evening – Lica Popescu (category "shine"), Silvia Popescu (category exaggeration), Veronica Pascu (category "noir")

Best personal style – Delta

Delia remains one of the most uncompromising artists in our country, both through her music, her attitude, her look and her style. Because it does not fit well with routine and conventionalism, it is always a stunning and colorful presence, all seasoned with little humor and self-irony.

Elle Women – Carmen Uscatu and Oana Gheorghiu

Through their NGOs that give life, Carmen and Oana put brick brick in the Marie-Curie yard for a Pediatric Radiotherapy and Oncology Hospital.
