For almost two years, we've heard details of a fabulous Nokia 9 flagship that will compete directly with similar high-tech devices by competition, including the latest iPhone, Galaxy S, Galaxy Note and OnePlus. But HMD Global has never started, despite the rumors it said. We still have no idea when Nokia 9 will arrive but a new leak will bring a new series of Nokia 9 batches showing the flagship phone and the five lens camera back.
The following images and videos come from the standard CAD-based performance sources, including @OnLeaks and 91mobiles, and seemingly reveal the supposed design of the upcoming Nokia flagship.
The phone is supposed to have a design on all screens, having a generous 5.9-inch screen with an 18: 9 aspect ratio and rather a large top and bottom frame. At least there is no notch at the top.
At the back, we have the well-known Zeiss camera with five lenses seen in previous leaks, although it is not clear whether it is a PureView camera.
There is no fingerprint sensor on the back because it is supposed to be under the screen, a feature that is pretty much in line with what other Android flagship can offer. The phone has no headphone jack, which is now the rule for modern smartphones thanks to Apple. Nokia 9 also has a single USB-C port at the bottom.
Other specifications include Snapdragon 845 processor, 8GB RAM, 128GB storage and 4.150 mAh battery. However, the phone may not be released until early 2019, 91Mobiles says something that would mean Nokia could pull another move as it did with Nokia 8 Sirocco last year – criticized the flagship Sirocco back at MWC earlier this year to start with an outdated chip.
That being said, Nokia phones are popular even if the old Nokia does not make them anymore. HMD Global offers decent Android technology at various price points, an almost Android Android experience, as well as a guarantee to provide fast Android updates when releasing new versions of the operating system.
