Clean up the doubt. Journalist José Vincente Rangel said on Sunday that the dismissal of Gustavo González López as director of the Bolivarian National Intelligence Service (Sebin) was for a dark incident in Caracas, with the presidential caravan on October 27th.
Rangel in the last part of the program called: Los Confidenciales, recalled that motorized cars were reduced, disarmed and detained. "The incident led to Shain's dismissal and the adoption of measures to correct disciplinary failures in the police force."
On Saturday, October 27, the presidential caravan was arrested by Sebin officials on the Francisco Fajardo motorway in Caracas on the night and the possibility of correcting disciplinary offenses at the police station. What was to jeopardize the security of the head of state, despite the official sources, said the national president was not in the vehicle, although Rangel refused the information.
