Governments still committed to building 1.5 million homes By 2023 – Minister ⋆ Pindula News

Masvingo Provincial Secretary Ezra Chadzamira said the government is still committed to building a total of 1.5 million middle-income homes by 2023.

He said this during the late World Unification Day celebrations held at Nemamwa Growth Point last week. The UN General Assembly in 1985 cancels the first Monday of October for the World Habitat Day celebrations. This year, the event took place under the theme "Municipal Solid Waste". Chadzamira said:

The government is still committed to building more than 1.5 million homes by the end of 2023. As a nation, we are proud to provide a healthy human settlement across the country. Our focus is on both urban and rural settlements.
